Recruiting process

1. Apply

Review available roles and apply to the job that best fits your interests, skills, and career goals.

2. Online Assessment

If our recruiting team wants to move forward, you’ll be asked to do an Online Assessment (OA). It puts you in real Amazon situations so we can learn more about you.

3. Interview

Depending on the outcome of your OA, our recruiting team may invite you to interview. Interviewers will ask about past experiences and specific situations to assess your potential performance.

4. Offer

After your interview, our team will let you know your result within five business days. If you get an offer, it’ll include the location, benefits, and a start date.
