Building on Amazon’s mission of being Earth’s most customer-centric company, the Netherlands Customer Service team started operations in 2020. Since then, we’ve grown to become a key support hub for our Dutch- and English-speaking customers, providing career opportunities both virtually (from home) and on-site in the Hague.
