About us
We have a diverse team of people with backgrounds ranging from human resources to IT. Our employees are stationed in corporate offices around the world, in remote/ virtual locations, and in the field. Some of us interview and onboard candidates, while others focus on creating career growth programs for our teams.
In such a fast-moving environment, there’s a lot to learn about high-volume hiring, and how to design the ideal workforce.

Meet Amazonians in Workforce Staffing
Terry K.
Prior to joining Amazon, Terry served in the US Navy for 21 years as a Hospital Corpsman (medic). He had the opportunity to see the world while helping people through humanitarian work, which established his strong sense of empathy and strengthened his desire to continue helping others.
Evelyn H.
Evelyn has been with the Workforce Staffing Team for nearly five years. She began her career as a staffing coordinator and worked her way up to a staffing manager role, where she oversaw one of the largest hiring nodes in Southern California.
Jessica S.
Jessica joined Amazon in 2018 as a staffing coordinator. In her current role as a program manager on the Workforce Staffing team, she supports hiring for Amazon Logistics (AMZL) delivery stations in multiple regions in the US.
