About Paris (Clichy)
The center of French culture
Clichy is situated right next to Paris. France’s capital and its largest city, Paris lies on the river Seine, in northern France, at the heart of the Île-de-France region. By the 12th century, Paris was one of Europe's foremost centres of learning and the arts and, until the 18th century, it was the largest city in the western world.
Today Paris is one of the world's leading business and cultural centres, and its influences on politics, education, entertainment, media, fashion, science, and the arts all contribute to its status as one of the world's major global cities. Its museums and monuments, including ones created by the city and national governments, are among its biggest attractions.
