Amazon Advertising operates at the intersection of eCommerce and advertising, offering a rich array of digital advertising solutions with the goal of helping our customers discover brands and find the products they want to buy from them. We are the Sponsored Brands (SB) organization within Amazon Advertising. Our vision is to make Amazon the best-in-class destination for shoppers to discover, engage, and build affinity with brands, making shopping delightful and personal.

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Product Management for Sponsored Brands with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for delivering ground-up products for brand advertising needs on an unprecedented scale. You will lead the team to develop zero-to-one product thinking for brands and execute on them by building roadmaps, performance mechanisms, and metrics to track and optimize the impact of our offerings on brand growth. You will partner with multiple stakeholders to develop annual and quarterly product strategies and go-to-market plans. As a senior product leader, you will regularly present working backward documents, strategic opportunities, and product roadmaps to senior leadership teams across Amazon.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success leading product-focused teams and managing complex product deliverables across a wide variety of functional stakeholders. You will have experience developing product strategies, insights, and mechanisms that align multi-functional partners against segment-specific objectives. You will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence and present to senior leadership, including the ability to distill complex segment data into clear strategic narratives. You will be a self-starter who has demonstrated the ability and desire to dive deep when necessary to audit and optimize product performance and processes. You will have experience working with and developing win-win product solutions across different business units to serve specific customer segments.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 6+ years of team management experience
- 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $178,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
