The Amazon Business (AB) Acquisition team is seeking a smart, creative, and self-directed Sr Product Marketing Manager to own the Acquisition Email channel WW. In this role, you will be responsible to set the vision for one of the largest acquisition channels for AB across all WW countries. You will own the channel strategy end to end, including marketing, tech and operations roadmap. You will own execution for one country and ensure marketers in other regions are delivering against their goals and priorities. The role requires innovative thinking, strong dive deep skills as well as customer and quality focus. The Sr. PMM will work closely with Business, Operations and Engineering team to implement a strategy that is coordinated across all B2B initiatives at Amazon.
Our ideal candidate has technical expertise and demonstrated experience/success delivering results within the email marketing channel, with strong communication skills, while working cross-functionally across multiple teams. The right candidate also has a high degree of ownership, with a roll up your sleeves attitude, being comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure entrepreneurial environment.

Key job responsibilities
• Define the Email Acquisition channel strategy WW
• Own execution for one country and indirectly manage other marketing managers
• Define use cases and roadmap in order to expand the prospect base we can reach out
• Act as a single POC for Email strategic and operational priorities
• Drive tech and sales innovation to improve funnel conversion rate
• Define goals, priorities and success metrics, and develop the experimentation roadmap, in line with the long-term program vision
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose scalable solutions globally.
• Work cross-functionality with a diverse set of Amazon teams including Tech, Retail, Sales, Marketing

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Bachelor's degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA
- 5+ years of professional non-internship experience in sales operations and partner management

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
