About Amazon Music

We are looking for an experienced Brand Media Marketing Manager to own a multi-million dollar global budget with a strategic focus on driving growth and awareness for Amazon Music. In this role, you will build highly impactful full funnel campaigns and test into white space opportunities. You will define, execute, and measure Brand Paid Media marketing from strategy to execution to drive scalable growth for the business including manual campaign execution, testing, and developing scalable processes with agencies. You will be a full-funnel media expert owning media mix and targeting strategy, with a strong focus on improving 1P/3P measurement, to develop a playbook for upper funnel paid media activity. An entrepreneurial spirit, a creative mindset for pushing boundaries, and the ability to work effectively with a large number of partners and international stakeholders are some of the key skills we are looking for.

Key job responsibilities
* Manage a multi-million dollar global media budget to drive awareness and adoption of Amazon Music
* Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across a variety of digital and traditional media channels including Social, Video, Audio, Programmatic, Out of Home and more
* Optimize media mix and targeting to improve efficiency and ROI
* Lead measurement and analytics efforts to provide data-driven insights that inform future campaign planning, including running Brand Lift Studies and leveraging in-house models for financial impact
* Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, content, and brand teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand positioning
* Manage relationships with media agencies and vendors to ensure flawless campaign execution
* Contribute to GTM (go-to-market) plans and collaborate with stakeholder teams for full-funnel alignment for major programs (Amazon Music Live, Prime Day, Amazon Music Thursday Night Football, etc.)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 4+ years of ROI-focused digital marketing experience in a consumer facing technology organization, including the strategic management and hands on execution of paid media channels (Display, Paid Social etc.)
- Experience managing multi-million dollar paid media budgets
- Experience building, executing and scaling marketing programs across multiple international markets
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to work with large data sets
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best results possible
- High attention to detail, across both business and technical domains
- 4+ years experience planning and executing integrated/cross-funnel paid campaigns with a focus on awareness-goaled initiatives.
- 3+ years experience managing external partners (ad tech vendor/publishers/creative agencies/etc.).t
- Experience in goal setting, measurement, and presenting metrics and progress to senior leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Familiarity with brand media landscape/media providers (ClearChannel, JCDecaux, Basis, Teads, Taboola, Outbrain, TradeDesk, Triplelift, GumGum, StackAdapt, ADA, DV360, Samba TV, etc.).
- Working knowledge of brand measurement/attribution models (Brand lift, MMM, Managed Surveys, Aided/Unaided Awareness Tracking, Omnichannel measurement solutions, etc.).
- Experience with audience insights/measurement tools and tech (e.g., GWI, ComScore, Neilsen, Kantar, Qualtrics, etc.).

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
