This position partners with operations and supply chain teams on network planning, capacity management, and new supply chain pilots.

The Sr. Financial Analyst for the Capacity Planning team will be responsible for the financial evaluation, and will produce supporting information, insights and recommendations for decision process. In order to achieve that, she / he will work with internal business partners at all levels of the organization. The successful candidate will enjoy the challenges and rewards of working in a fast-growing organization and be able to handle ambiguity. Job Responsibilities include:
· Expertise collecting, analyzing and managing quantitative data and creating meaningful reports to lead business improvement and cost reductions
· Recommend, develop, and implement policies and programs that guide the organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position and profitability
· Assist in the development of all weekly and monthly financial close, all planning, forecasting, and reporting models and their continuous innovation and communicating to your Operations partners
· Work with data source providers and technology teams to ensure that key decision data is accurate, automated and timely
· Proven ability to support a team with competing priorities & providing level-headed guidance during unexpected events


· BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering and/or similar discipline with analytical bias
· 4+ years relevant experience in positions that require analysis and reporting financial results
· Experience in Excel (macros, index, conditional list, arrays, pivots, lookups)
· Demonstrated financial acumen and/or analytical experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
· 2+ years of experience performing financial and ad hoc analysis using data reporting tools


· Ability to travel; 10%+ travel expected, primarily to local operations, in addition to regional support
· MBA preferred
· Measured experience demonstrating problem solving and root cause analysis
· Familiarity with concepts of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
· Highly analytical, detail oriented and strong business sense; proven ability to develop new ideas, creative solutions and demonstrated experience implementing such mechanisms to result
· Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic, ever-growing and often ambiguous environment; effective multi-tasking skills are vital
· Demonstrated effective communication and presentation skills working with multiple peer groups and levels of management
· Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL, MSAccess, Essbase and/or Cognos) and providing recommendations based on results of ad hoc analyses to management for strategic decision-making
· Previous experience in a Manufacturing, Distribution Center or Logistics processes and systems a plus
· Intermediate up to advanced proficiency in Excel (macros, pivots, lookups)
