    Luisa started as a Customer Service Associate supporting our Spanish-speaking customers in 2016. She’s now the point of contact for GLAmazon in Costa Rica, champion of inclusivity and awareness within Amazon.

  • Jason - Customer Service Associate

    Jason joined Amazon as a Customer Service Associate in Mauritius in 2022. He was curious about how it feels to work in our multinational, multicultural environment—and he’s been enjoying every minute.

    As a Virtual Customer Service Associate, Mary sees herself as the extension of Amazon’s mission to be Earth’s most customer-centric company.

  • Rachit - Virtual Customer Service Associate

    Rachit is a Customer Service Associate who works from home in Pune, India. He is a two-time cancer survivor and a single amputee, but he doesn’t let his disability stop him from aiming high and achieving his dreams.
