The Partner Experience Manager, is part of a growing Marketing Global Shared Services simplifying end-to-end marketing and merchandising workflows. Our team consists of people excited to work in a “green field” who wear many hats and work in a highly collaborative environment that is more startup than big company.

Specifically this role will be responsible for building relationships with key partners within Prime Video’s Regional Marketing teams along with Global Scaled Services internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create and present compelling solutions that meet and exceed regional marketing partners requirements. In this role you will be responsible for migrating new processes into Global Shared Services, work with other internal teams to improve processes/increase efficiency, and be the primary point of contact for those regional partners throughout the entire partnership lifecycle.
You will lead projects for cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of a new feature, service, product, or system. You will gather business requirements, document functional and design specifications, identify appropriate resources needed, assemble the right project team, assign individual responsibilities, and develop the milestones and launch schedule to ensure timely and successful delivery of the project. You will bring cross-functional business and technical skills, assess and manage risks, measure and report on progress, anticipate and resolve bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs with the technical constraints. The role will rely heavily on influence over authority to drive project deliverables.

This includes managing project deliverables, milestones, and collecting feedback to help evolve Global Scaled Services with the support of our team. Tactically, this will include scheduling reoccurring calls with key stakeholders as frequently as needed, becoming a trusted advocate for the partner.


Key job responsibilities
• Use strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to backup assumptions, evaluate outcomes, develop business cases and challenge conventional wisdom.
• Identify and drive process/tool enhancements opportunities to improve partner experience based on feedback, data analysis, and gaps identified through escalations and business reviews.
• Use partner anecdotes and feedback to research and identify gaps operational gaps which are not surfaced with existing metrics and feedback mechanisms.
• Assist with the definition and design of tools, standard operating procedures, and processes for the Campaign Operations program to improve efficiency.
• Partner with Creative/Design/Campaign Operations and Finance to drive down cost of service for Prime Video, by establishing impact of service delay, service quality, upstream product metrics movement, self-service coverage etc. on increased processes and escalations.
• Build a strong relationship with your regional partner(s); be a trusted advisor and the main point of contact for their issues, questions, requests, escalations, and concerns.
• Identify, share, and action opportunities to improve business inputs for your regional partner(s) that drive growth and improve their experience, in collaboration with other Global Scaled Services programs and teams.
• Oversee key initiatives for your regional partner(s), liaise with key internal Amazon teams (e.g. PV Tech), following up and escalating as appropriate to drive progress against mutual goals.
• Facilitate project-related team meetings (i.e. business reviews, critical project status reviews, internal/client meet-ups, etc.) to communicate action steps that ensure all stakeholders are aligned.

GRUNDQUALIFIKATIONEN

- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
- Ability to analyze data and support data-driven solutions.

BEVORZUGTE QUALIFIKATIONEN

- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
