DESCRIPTION
Direct sales - sales associate with 3+ years experience on e commerce/ FMCG / Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
Customer Engagement: Directly interact with customers to understand their needs, present products or services, and provide personalized recommendations.
Sales Process Management: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets by executing effective sales strategies and adapting to market dynamics.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products or services to confidently address customer queries and provide accurate information.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to foster trust, increase satisfaction, and encourage repeat business.
Reporting and Feedback: Track sales activities, update customer data in CRM systems, and provide regular feedback to improve sales approaches.
Requirements:
Proven experience in direct sales or customer-facing roles.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
