We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies, managing brand initiatives, and leveraging marketing automation tools to optimize our marketing campaigns. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Key job responsibilities
-Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to promote SWA and brand image across various channels (e.g., digital, social media, traditional media).
-Manage and enhance the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency and alignment with our values and market positioning.
-Oversee the creation and implementation of compelling marketing campaigns and content that resonate with our target audience and drive customer acquisition and retention.
-Utilize marketing automation platforms to optimize campaign performance, streamline workflows, and enhance lead generation and nurturing processes.
-Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, automation/ product) to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and ensure seamless integration of messaging and branding.
-Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using key metrics and analytics tools to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and report on marketing KPIs.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in communication, branding, and marketing automation, and proactively recommend innovative strategies to enhance our marketing efforts.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- 2+ years of Salesforce, Tableau, Vidyard, and Excel experience
- 2-3 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within tech-based logistics, SaaS, or B2B industries.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree
