Sr. Program Manager - SME, SME and Central Flow

INFC SME will help support our FC expansion. The responsibilities of role include
•Work on development of new fulfillment models
· Triage Sev 3-5 tickets and select priority tickets to allow FCSW to make the best use of their resources
· Participate in FCSW SME calls, advocating for the sites and driving best practice sharing in each functional area. Identify training gaps that require Learning support
· Improve end-user documentation to reduce associate and Manager learning curve
· Serve as the interface with the FCs to drive execution of software changes
· Serve as the interface with FCSW to provide input on software design to support lean processes and standard work
· Serve as gatekeeper for documenting software enhancements and feature requests submitted by the sites; prioritize when resources become available
· Assist FCs with understanding best use of software features
Support tools deprecation & site communication
The ideal candidate will demonstrate bias for action, have strong customer empathy, will think big, and embody a unique mix of artist and scientist. This candidate will have experience diving deep to gain customer insights, launching successful new products, and developing strong relationships with global internal stakeholders. The candidate will possess attention to detail, excellent communication skills, the ability to drive consensus across multiple stakeholders and be a great team player. The ability to work independently and deal with an ambiguous environment is a must.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• A completed Bachelor’s Degree is REQUIRED
• 3+ years Management experience in a manufacturing, production or distribution environment
• Cross-functional project management experience
• Process improvement experience via Kaizens and other LEAN tools
• Experience using and communicating performance metrics
• Candidates must be flexible to work weekends and/or overnight shifts
• Travel up to 40% within INFC required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• MBA or Master’s degree in a related field
• Experience working in a fulfillment center
• Proven technical acumen with the Amazon WMS
• Strong analytical and data gathering skills, including the ability to translate large amounts of data into actionable insights
• Demonstrated bias for action and an ability to deal with ambiguity
• Proven ability to influence others without having positional authority
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must
