輸送オペレーションマネージャーは、日本全国にある物流拠点を結ぶ輸送の「安全」「品質」「効率」に責任を持つチームを率いて、戦略を策定し、会社とお客様にインパクトを与え、人材の育成を担当します。
主には、以下をハンズオンで一貫して担っていただきます。
- データ分析により課題を特定し、課題を解決する計画を立案、実行すること
- プロジェクトによって計画したビジネスインパクトが出るようフォローすること
- 数年先のチームのあるべき姿を定義して、その姿になるための人材育成、採用を行いチームのディベロップメントをリードすること

The Transportation Operations Manager leads a team responsible for the "safety," "quality," and "efficiency" of transportation connecting logistics sites across Japan. They formulate strategies, create impact for the company and customers, and oversee personnel development.
The main responsibilities include:
- Identifying issues through data analysis and planning/executing solutions
- Following up to ensure planned business impact is achieved through projects
- Defining the future vision for the team and leading talent development/recruitment to shape the team accordingly

- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of team management experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
