About this program:
We would like to offer you a unique opportunity to be part of our Learning & Development team whilst you acquire real experience on the field for this profession. You will share time and shadow our first-class team of Program Managers in an Amazon corporate office environment. During your journey, you will go through a training itinerary of 100+ hours, which includes a PMI training to obtain the CAPM® certification as well as a complementary on the job training, for developing a mixture of hard and soft skills that every project manager should have to do the job. You will learn planning; prioritization and you will develop analytical skills as well as communication and teamwork competencies. Throughout the program you will receive the support of a mentor to advance successfully in all these areas.
At the end of the program, you will have completed the Project Management master degree (UPC); have obtained 18-month of work experience, but above all you, will have acquired the necessary competencies to fulfill a Program Manager position in our teams.

Key job responsibilities
During the apprenticeship program, you will learn the perform the following tasks:
• Create, improve, streamline, and innovate data collection techniques and build mechanisms to share outcomes (business reviews, reports, and forecasts);
• Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs, while measuring and identifying activities performed and ensuring service requirements are met;
• Explore and conduct deep research internally and externally, seeking innovation and continuous improvement opportunities;
• Anticipate, identify, and drive resolution of challenges and interdependencies to prevent downstream problems;
• Optimize, streamline, and/or eliminate processes to achieve efficiencies and increase effectiveness;
• Compare desired and actual program outcomes, and prepare written reports and presentations related to the evaluation process and findings;
• Manage stakeholder relationships and influence customer segments.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

You can access our apprenticeship program if:
• You have a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (business or technical background is an advantage);

• You have excellent command of spoken and written English (any second European language is an advantage);
• You have the ability to manage, motivate, and influence work behaviors;
• You have demonstrated problem solving and analytical capability;
• You have motivation and practical approach;
• You have proven knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel;
• You are a proactive person and open to acquiring new knowledge and skills;
• You like to work in a team and easily build relationships with others.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

PowerBI and Database skills;
• Minimum professional experience in industry or logistics environments.
