Our Recruitment Internship will provide you with the opportunity to be involved in a highly dynamic
environment as well as a superb introduction to recruitment and project management.

A day in life
The internship is based in different locations across our corporate locations in Luxembourg, Spain and
Germany.

During the internship, you will be able to innovate by delivering first-class support to our recruitment
team in the EU. This opportunity will give you the chance to help maximize talent identification and
acquisition in order to meet Amazon’s business growth through being involved in day-to-day
recruitment activities and a variety of recruitment projects and initiatives.

candidates will be able to multitask and work independently, take a hands-on approach, and interface
effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.

You’ll need outstanding communication, professional interpersonal skills, and the ability to function
in an innovative environment. You should also demonstrate the ability to deliver excellent results in a
very short timeframe. You will be heavily involved in a variety of Recruitment projects, both long and
short term, as well as carrying out recruitment administrative and reporting tasks on an ad hoc basis.

Support the team in sifting applications and processing candidates in the recruiting process.

Recruitment process
If this sounds interesting, the application and recruitment process is as follows:
The first stage, is an online assessment that you will receive when you apply for the role. This
assessment takes around 45 minutes. After this, if successful you will move through to the final stage,
which is a panel interview consisting of 2 interviews. If necessary, you may also have to complete a
language test.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Dubai, ARE

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

UAE Nationals only - with family book
0-1 year experience in Human Resources
Candidate to be available onsite in Dubai for the role

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate to be enrolled in Bachelors of Arts/ Business/ HR related field
