Pathways is designed to help leaders with an MBA, Master's degree or military background achieve their goals by providing resources to grow their skills while making a positive impact on millions of people around the world. Leaders will tackle everyday challenges by leveraging data to make business decisions, while providing their teams with tools to succeed.

Note to applicants: Although there is a location specified on each of our roles, you may be stationed at any of our locations nationwide based on business needs. Placements require flexibility, but location preferences will be reviewed and taken into consideration.

The Pathways career progression:

 OPERATIONS MANAGER

You’ll lead teams of 300 to 500 members, or a new site, or a business type. You’ll improve the efficiency of the operations processes supported by our technology and engineering teams.

 SENIOR MANAGER

You’ll move on to an operations leader using your analytical skills and operational and leadership experience. You’ll execute initiatives in supply chain and transportation and logistics.

You’ll graduate from the program and emerge as a leader recognized for operational excellence. You’ll use your knowledge to lead a new team, project, business, or site.

Anuja M.

Sr. Manager, S&OP

A London Business School MBA graduate, Anuja joined the Pathways Internship Program in 2017 in Peterborough, UK. She completed her 12-week internship and successfully transitioned into the full-time Pathways program in Tilbury, UK where she quickly ramped up as an Operations Manager and achieved record-breaking numbers during peak of 2019.

Anuja is currently based in London as a Sr. Manager of S&OP. While supporting her team and driving change, she also serves as the Finance Director for the UK Women in Ops Affinity Group.

Max B.

Pathways Operations Manager

An ESADE MBA graduate, Max joined the Pathways program in 2018 in Kobern-Gondorf, Germany as an intern, where he completed his 12-week, project-based internship before being promoted into the full-time Pathways program. He was the first Pathways intern to complete his internship in a Middle Mile Sort Center and he had the opportunity to work on a customer-facing project to optimize the input variables for flow management in the Fulfillment Center.

Max is currently based in a Sort Center in Krefeld as a Pathways Operations Manager, where he supports the Middle Mile Delivery to ensure top-notch customer experience.

Ryan A.

Sr. Operations Manager

An MBA Warwick Business School graduate, Ryan joined Amazon in 2018 as a Pathways Operations Manager based in Bristol, UK. Since then he has been promoted multiple times within the Pathways program. In 2019 he advanced to become a Delivery Station Manager in Central London, where he turned the site into one of the top performers in the UK, exceeding longstanding quality service, volume, and cost metrics. In 2020 he was transferred to West Thurrock as a Sr. Operations Manager, which was extra challenging as he was simultaneously training and preparing for his first Ironman.

Ryan continues to evolve within the Pathways program and is passionate about helping current MBA students learn more about Pathways opportunities with Amazon.
