Delivering on Amazon’s mission to be Earth’s most customer-centric company, our German customer service team started in Regensburg in 1998 and has grown steadily ever since. Since 2011, customer service employees have been working from our ultra-modern office in Berlin, as well as virtually from home across Germany.
