Secure Work Enablement (SWE) is a new organization within AWS Solutions with ambitions to empower millions of businesses globally to innovate, create, and collaborate seamlessly through AI-powered experiences with security woven into every interaction. We are looking for a seasoned product leader to help us re-imagine the future of work powered by AWS cloud and AI. We are disrupting the traditional productivity and collaboration tools and end points, enabling customers to be 10x more effective. You will be delivering some of the most advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies to tackle real world problems; inventing new ways of working that amplify human talent with agentic capabilities. Getting this right will enable businesses globally to deliver new innovative solutions and outsized value to their customers with a happier and more effective workforce.

As a product leader, you will help establish our product vision and drive the overall delivery of compelling solutions to market. You will work on all aspects of product development, from market and customer research, to product definition and delivery. You will focus on the highest impact problems that face companies and teams trying to optimize productivity and build end to end solutions. You will design high quality, remarkable products that excite the customer base and lead us to new concepts and innovative AWS services for customers. You will think globally when designing and building the software, ensuring the product is evolving in the right long-term direction, while bringing value to customers iteratively. You will collaborate with leaders throughout the Solutions and Secure Work teams, and with other senior technologists across AWS.

Successful candidates must be passionate about building new products. To excel in this role, you’ll need a good balance of deep product skills and strong technical insights. The ideal candidate has experience through multiple products or solutions development cycles, possesses superior analytical abilities, product judgment, and strategic vision.

GRUNDQUALIFIKATIONEN

· 10+ years experience in product management, product marketing, or software development
· Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve challenging problems, showing a track record of making business decisions using relevant data and insights
· Demonstrated experience in building, delivering and operating products and services
· Experience with UX Research, Design and product-led growth methodologies
· Experience with agile software development methodologies and track record for prioritizing and delivering results in fast-moving environments

BEVORZUGTE QUALIFIKATIONEN

One or more of the following are highly desired:

· GM-level product ownership including product, revenue, and customer success
· Strong product management experience in a high growth environment
· People management experience building strong teams
· Track record of shipping high-performance software to a wide range of customers at high velocity
· Experience with completion of full product lifecycle (concept through GTM, including pricing and packaging, direct sales, and partner ecosystems)
· MBA or master’s degree in related discipline
· Strong finance related skills relating to P&L management and pricing
· Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills and commitment to a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $217,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $338,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
