本チームは、配送パートナーの大型トラックドライバーが安全で健康に業務ができること、輸送キャパシティの確保、輸送品質の維持・向上、輸送に当たって発生する問題の早期解決、および各種イニシアチブを担当し、急速に拡大しながら変革が求められる輸送ビジネスの中長期的な協業戦略立案と策定を進めるチームで、アマゾンジャパンの配送ネットワークを維持・拡大するための重要な任務を担当しています。
本ポジションは、グローバルに事業を展開するアマゾンの物流から、テクノロジーとオペレーションの組み合わせを学び、さらにそれを昇華させる事でスケーラブルで品質の高いサービスを作り出す経験を積む事ができます。データに基づいた意思決定、課題の深掘り、他国の担当者から学んで実践することで、他社では経験できない経験と学びを得る事ができます。常識を覆すような革新的な配送網を一緒に作り上げる意欲的なメンバーを募集します。

Our team is responsible for ensuring the safety and health of our delivery partners' truck drivers, securing transportation capacity, maintaining and improving transportation quality, and promptly resolving transportation-related issues. We are also in charge of various initiatives and developing mid to long-term collaboration strategies in a rapidly expanding and evolving transportation business. The team plays a crucial role in maintaining and expanding Amazon Japan's delivery network.
This position offers the opportunity to learn from Amazon's global logistics operations, combining technology and operations to create scalable, high-quality services. You will gain unique experience through data-driven decision-making, in-depth problem analysis, and learning from colleagues across different countries - experiences that are not available at other companies. ・膨大な輸配送データを活用した、課題の把握と分析
・配送パートナー会社のキャパシティを踏まえた、適正なネットワークコントロールスキームの開発と維持
・新たな顧客体験を創出する新規サービス、テクノロジーの導入、配送パートナー会社と連携した業務スキームの開発

【働き方】

コアタイム無し・実働8時間/日となりますが、業務時間帯はマネージャーと相談の上、業務および個人の都合に応じて勤務時間帯の調整ができ、ワークライフハーモニーを重視した働き方が可能です。

GRUNDQUALIFIKATIONEN
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Bachelor's degree
- Business level of Japanese & English
BEVORZUGTE QUALIFIKATIONEN
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
