Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

• Craft compelling value propositions to onboard new selling partners
• Leverage data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities
• Develop and optimize promotional strategies for pricing, product selection, and availability
• Collaborate with the EU Deals team to maximize customer experience and sales
• Educate sellers on Amazon's tools and services to drive self-sufficiency
• Track and report on business development results to identify areas for improvement

GRUNDQUALIFIKATIONEN

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and German (must be fluent, C1 minimum)
• Strong analytical mindset with intermediate Excel proficiency
• Ability to think strategically and thrive in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment
• Passion for e-commerce, sales, and helping businesses succeed
• Customer-centric approach with attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field

BEVORZUGTE QUALIFIKATIONEN

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in account management, business development, or consulting
• Knowledge of e-commerce or retail industry
• Familiarity with databases and SQL
