The Communications and Corporate Responsibility (CCR) team is made up of the Public Policy and Public Relations teams. The CCR team ties positive public relations efforts with our public policy work, and vice versa.
The Public Policy team is truly “making history.” This growing and dynamic team enhances Amazon’s advocacy before policymakers at all levels of government. Our public policy issues are broad, forward-thinking, and driven by what is best for our customers.
The PR team drives awareness and education of the many innovations and services that Amazon develops on behalf of customers by telling compelling stories across earned, owned, experiential, and social channels.
