Working in both frontline and supportive roles, you’ll safeguard your colleagues’ well-being by assisting in emergency response and first aid. Acting as Operations support, you’ll attend weekly meetings, inducting new hires as well as working on incident investigations and case management reviews. You’ll minimize risk of on-site injury by providing awareness education and engagement.
You’ll play a key role in supporting Amazon’s injury prevention, health, and wellness programs. You’ll put safety standards in place and lead projects on safety awareness. You’ll maintain accurate metrics for on-site management and corporate reporting systems. You’ll ensure compliance with both company and government safety legislation. You’ll conduct job hazard analyses and lead safe use of equipment.
Your mission will be to ensure the highest WFS standards are always in place. You’ll make continuous improvements to achieve a safe workspace. You’ll manage a local team of up to six WHS experts, reporting to Operations leaders. You’ll explain expectations to your team and provide performance feedback. You’ll encourage team members to perform at Amazon standards.
