Amazon Customer Service China

In July 2010, Amazon Customer Service officially began operations in China. We now have customer service centers in Dalian, Chengdu, and Tianjin. Our team is guided by the principles of putting customers first, innovation, operational excellence, and long-term thinking—all to provide the best experience for customers and employees.

Amazon’s mission is to be Earth’s most customer-centric company, and our acclaimed customer service team is the key to achieving that goal. Being the best for customers is our source of energy.

Yang Yuehan

Yuehan joined the Chengdu team of Amazon China’s customer service department in 2018 as a Japanese customer service representative. In 2019, she applied for the role of acting team leader, and she became the official team leader six months later. After two years as a team leader, she took on the position of Chengdu Japanese team manager for Amazon China.

Zhao Xin

Zhao Xin joined Amazon’s Chengdu Customer Service Center in August 2021. Ever since, Amazon has helped her find happiness at work. This happiness comes from learning and growth, the value her team creates, and the respect she receives at work.

Li Xiaocui

Li Xiaocui joined Amazon as an intern in November 2017 and became a regular employee six months later. Over the next year, she worked as an email customer service team coach and acting team leader.
