I’m Federica, Team Supervisor at Amazon Selling Partner Support. Originally from the enchanting island of Sicily (Italy), I’ve been on a journey that has taken me to various cities since I turned 19. I’m currently based in the vibrant city of Barcelona.

We assisting them in navigating the complexities of the various Amazon platforms and improve their selling experience at every turn.

I joined Amazon in July 2013 as a Level 3 SP-Support Associate in Cork, Ireland supporting our English-speaking sellers on the Amazon platform. Since joining Amazon, I’ve worked in a variety of roles, ranging from Receptionist to Office Coordinator, EA to the SP-Support Director, Recruitment Coordinator, and Recruiter.

I’m a supervisor at Selling Partner Support Germany (virtual location). I started with Amazon as an associate, then became a certified specialty mentor and later a certified specialty trainer, finally to be promoted to a supervisor role.

I joined Amazon in 2020 as a Selling Partner Support site manager for Egypt and Turkey, where I lead different teams supporting sellers and vendors for the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey marketplaces. After two-and-a-half years, I took on a role as the operations manager for Ireland and Germany Contact Resolution and VAT-Refund Specialists, where I support all EU5 marketplaces.
