Making safety a culture, not just a priority

“I value Amazon’s commitment to inclusion and diversity. It really fosters problem solving and new business ideas. And this culture of respect and belonging ultimately benefits the customer. A company’s success is heavily dependent on how well it treats its customers. They deserve great service, and great customer service means going above and beyond to meet their needs.”

“The best thing about working at Amazon is the team spirit and opportunity to exchange thoughts and experiences. I believe sharing is caring. My goal is to make sure we reach excellent levels of safety on my site, and I do that by listening closely to what the associates have to say. They provide invaluable insights and inspire me to reach innovative solutions.”

“I was attracted by the mix of theory and practice at Amazon. The things you learn at university can be put into practice almost immediately. It also works the other way around. You can analyze and discuss your practical experiences at school.
