Before joining Amazon, LucĂa worked for several years in the maintenance and reliability department of a refinery in Spain. She started her journey at Amazon as an RME planner in a non-sortable fulfillment Center in Madrid. After seven months, LucĂa moved to a new role as an RME planner for a different division.
In her current position, LucĂa supports the management of maintenance planning across approximately 75 sites in Spain, Italy, France, and Germany. She really enjoys the team she works with. She’s loves that the team is multicultural, and she appreciates how her teammates have helped her gain valuable knowledge. They’ve made it much easier for LucĂa to adapt to the challenge of overseeing multiple sites simultaneously.
