Technicians and Senior Technicians provide onsite technical excellence. They focus on maintenance activities, compliance with safety regulations, and process improvements. They normally work in a non-traditional shift pattern, which may include nights and weekends.
The Central Reliability Team leads process optimizations and continuous improvements across the entire EU network.
Automation Engineers improve control solutions, find fault, and troubleshoot through deep-dive analyses into complex automation problems. They also provide training to Engineering Technicians on device troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
RME Planners are the site leads for the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). They also support the site Engineering Manager. They focus on the smooth running of the Asset Performance management system and help develop and train staff on this system.
Managers lead maintenance activities in our facilities. They also work on long-term engineering solutions and process optimizations. We have different management positions depending on the level of experience.
