A start-up project manager leads warehouse expansion and facility launches, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining rigorous quality standards. They orchestrate the entire expansion process, from initial planning through final execution, partnering with stakeholders across all organizational levels. Success requires proven experience in industrial facility launches and cross-functional team leadership.
GES’s Program Management Officers act as the central coordination hub for all projects. We bring together internal teams and external partners by creating detailed project schedules, tracking milestones, identifying potential roadblocks early, and ensuring everyone has the information they need to deliver on time.
