Corporate Development

The Corporate Development team is responsible for mergers, acquisitions, and investments across all of Amazon’s businesses. Notable acquisitions include MGM Studios, Whole Foods, One Medical, Ring, and Audible. In addition, the team is responsible for the Climate Pledge Fund, Industrial Innovation Fund, and Alexa Fund.
