This new, independent cloud will provide the full power of AWS with the same architecture, expansive service portfolio, and APIs that millions of customers use today—all on separate, independent infrastructure located wholly within the EU. The AWS European Sovereign Cloud offers the same security, availability, and performance our customers expect from AWS, giving public sector organizations and customers in regulated industries more options for where they locate critical data.
