Our roles
Corporate Paralegal
Responsibilities include entity formation, minute book maintenance, annual meetings and Section 16 compliance, liaising with external counsel and internal business partners, and preparation of corporate documents.
Patent Paralegal
Responsibilities include tracking invention submissions; coordinating the preparation and filing of patent applications; assisting in diligence process for merger and acquisition activities, supporting licensing activities; and acting as direct facilitator between the legal and engineering departments and outside counsel.
Litigation Paralegal
Responsibilities include internal fact investigation, investigating and responding to subpoenas and similar requests for information, document and deposition discovery support, interviewing internal witnesses, investigating and coordinating responses to cease and desist demands and other pre-dispute communications, coordinating and scheduling outside counsel, participating in witness preparation, and occasional testimony as a document custodian.
