Are you passionate about using large datasets to solve real-world problems? At Amazon Ads our advertising solutions are built on top of millions of data signals, and we’re looking for leaders in data to uncover insights to create strategic recommendations for customers.
Whatever your specialism, there’s a range of opportunities to explore. You might be an expert at building data pipelines and diving deep to define new metrics and identify business opportunities. Perhaps you design simulations and experiments or develop statistical and machine learning models. Or maybe your skill is helping customers understand how they can grow their brands through solutions as diverse as audio ads to Thursday Night Football.
Are you excited about transforming data into customer results? We want to hear from you.
Sireethorn - Business Intelligence EngineerMy role involves helping improve the reliability of the Amazon DSP. I analyze data to find patterns of recurring software defects, so we can resolve those issues more effectively for customers. I’m pretty new to advertising, so I had a steep learning curve when I joined Amazon. I appreciate that everyone here has been so willing to help me understand processes and terminology. I also love how much information is available to employees at Amazon. You can explore, and you can learn about hundreds of topics you’re interested in. It’s a great way to progress your skills and knowledge.
KatieAnalytics & Insights ProfessionalI develop research to substantiate the impact of the Amazon Ads product suite, such as multichannel strategies, Video (OLV/STV/Live Sports), Audio, Twitch and IMDb.
Amazon can be intimidating to join, but its onboarding program is amazing. It lasts about three months and gives you training in a variety of areas, so you can feel confident about starting your role. I was also assigned an onboarding ‘buddy,’ which really helped me settle in. We had weekly meetings where I could ask questions as I was learning about Amazon culture. It was super helpful to smoothly land in my new position.
Even outside the onboarding program, there are so many professionals in different types of roles here, and they’re all willing to help and guide you. If you want to grow your career, Amazon Ads is a great place to do this.
DhilipBusiness Intelligence EngineerI help Amazon use its third-party seller ad-traffic data to support business reporting through mathematical and statistical modeling. I also develop and automate the reporting process using innovative business intelligence tools for advertiser adoption, campaign targeting and optimization.
Working at Amazon Ads, I’m always surprised by how we can find solutions to our customers’ business challenges so quickly. It really is a fast-paced work environment.
