    The core essence of our Campaign and Creative Management team is customer obsession, and we’re always striving to improve and innovate. My responsibilities involve nurturing creativity through a variety of tasks that include creative strategy, building and launching complex advertising campaigns, and troubleshooting any issues that surface during a campaign’s life span.

    What motivates me most is the collaboration I have with my customers, and my role in helping them implement, execute, and optimize successful ad campaigns. I love that I get to be a part of their journey right throughout the campaign life cycle, supporting them along the way.

    I’ve been at Amazon for more than five years, and it’s the supportive work culture that keeps me rooted here. Amazon also believes in balance and having fun at work, which leads to a real harmony between work and life.

    I help movie and ‘subscription video on demand’ (SVOD) advertisers create impactful campaigns on Amazon Ads. I do this by sharing dedicated insights and leading the creative strategy of the campaigns.

    Being able to work in collaboration with my Sales colleagues is a real driver for me. For example, participating in pitches has been an amazing way to improve my skills. Amazon gives me the keys to develop my knowledge and areas of interest.

    Amazon is a global company, so you work with people from around the world every day and get to learn about other cultures. This is another thing I love about working here!
