Set up for success

Before the assessment

The key to success lies in proper preparation, particularly for the Working with Metrics section. We recommend taking time to practice using your math and business analytical skills. Preparation will look different for everyone. While some people may only need a quick refresher, others may benefit from an in-depth review of the math exemplified in this worksheet.

During the assessment

We recommend you complete the assessment in a quiet, distraction-free environment with a stable internet connection. Although you can complete all sections on any device, we recommend using a laptop or desktop computer to take advantage of the larger screen. Set aside about 1 hour of uninterrupted time to complete the assessment and have a reliable calculator, scratch paper, and pencil/pen available before starting.

Remember, the assessment is designed to evaluate your readiness for a management role at Amazon. Take your time, read carefully, and trust in your preparation.
