The Sports Marketing team at Amazon Prime Video seeks a Sr. Campaign Manager to lead 360° marketing campaigns and related projects in support of our live sports properties and original unscripted sports programming (docuseries and documentaries). The campaign management team is the operational backbone of Sports Marketing at Amazon, responsible for organizing the team and for bringing innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives to life. This position reports to the Head of Campaign Management and will play a key role in three crucial areas:
• Campaign and Creative Operations: Oversee all aspects of 360-degree marketing campaigns, from brief to concept to execution. Manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams (internal and external) to ensure seamless creative development and delivery.
• Team Operations: Champion efficiency and innovation within the CM team. Build processes. Implement marketing technology, streamline workflows, and track key metrics to maximize team output. Lead resource management and capacity planning within the Campaign Management and other Sports Marketing verticals.
• Sports Brand Operations: Lead the creation and execution of impactful sports brand content. Ensure brand consistency across initiatives and manage content for cross-functional needs. Partner with Creative and Strategy teams to develop and enforce a strong sports brand identity.


Key job responsibilities
• Overall health of 360° campaigns including timeline management and oversight of the creative production budget
• Align the strategy, creative, social and media teams towards common objectives and shared timelines
• Work proactively with internal teams and external agencies to assess project requirements and to ensure efficient development and delivery of assets per the marketing plan
• Act as the main point of contact with internal and external partners
• Establish and own creative asset budgets, including the strategic allocation of resources, rate negotiations with external partners, and oversight of the development of AV, digital art and print creative assets
• Drive necessary approvals and communicating plans to relevant stakeholders
• Invent and simplify appropriate processes and system tooling to ensure on time and on budget delivery, as well as support efficient collaboration, campaign planning, resource tracking and creative review/approvals
• Anticipate and mitigate problems as they arise while ensuring updates on progress, relevant delays and budget implications are communicated to stakeholders
• Raise the quality bar and foster continual process improvements through routine post mortems and collaborative feedback with cross-functional partners
• Mentorship and supervisory responsibilities, if and as necessary

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 8+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
- Experience in creative project management, budget management, and vendor negotiation
- Experience owning relationships with senior stakeholders and partners
- Experience building, executing, driving alignment, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience implementing team processes, and strong understanding of project management software to track process and creative development progress
- Excellence in written and verbal communication
- Experience working in sports marketing and/or sports broadcast marketing

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- A passion for sports and deep understanding of the sports marketing and/or sports broadcast marketing landscape
- Knowledge of brand development and brand management principles
- Understanding of digital file and folder management systems
- DAM (Digital Asset Management) experience a plus

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
